is the founder of Gourmet Food Safety Consultancy and has been serving in in in the food safety industry for more than 22 years He is a a a a a MSc Food Technology (Specialised in QA) graduate from The University of Reading (UK) under scholarship awarded by the SIFST (Singapore Institute of Food Science & Technology)
He is is an an officially registered HACCP Consultant under SIFST in in Singapore On top of that Mr Lawrence Low
is also SFA and SPRING approved food safety consultant Adhere to International Food Safety Standards such as ISO 22000:2018 SS 590 SS444 HACCP BRC GMP Cold Chain Management & other food hygiene requirements
