However, the company’s long history can be traced back to the 1970s when the founders of Eng Soon first began making tofupuffs in their kampong. Tofupuffs are commonly locally known as Taupok. Fortune Manufacturing specialises in the production of an extensive variety of Tofu, including Traditional Chinese Tofu, Japanese Silken Tofu, Egg Tofu and Tau Kwa. These tofu are marketed under the brand name of Fortune and has been a favourite household brand since the early 80’s. Fortune Tofu are manufactured in Singapore and our factory is FSSC22000 and Halal certified.
When it comes to the manufacturing of Tofu, Fortune only uses the finest ingredients of the highest standard. All Fortune Tofu variants are made using premium-grade 100% Non-GMO Canadian soya beans.
To top that off, only the first pressed extract of the soya bean milk is used, so you get the cream of the crop. With our special recipe and state-of-the-art technology, every piece of Fortune Tofu tastes so good, and nothing gets in the way of the distinctive pristine flavour and fragrance of natural soya bean.
