Fortune Manufacturing specialises in the production of an extensive variety of Tofu, including Traditional Chinese Tofu, Japanese Silken Tofu, Egg Tofu and Tau Kwa. These tofu are marketed under the brand name of Fortune and has been a favourite household brand since the early 80’s. Fortune Tofu are manufactured in Singapore and our factory is FSSC22000 and Halal certified.
When it comes to the manufacturing of Tofu, Fortune only uses the finest ingredients of the highest standard. All Fortune Tofu variants are made using premium-grade 100% Non-GMO Canadian soya beans. To top that off, only the first pressed extract of the soya bean milk is used, so you get the cream of the crop. With our special recipe and state-of-the-art technology, every piece of Fortune Tofu tastes so good, and nothing gets in the way of the distinctive pristine flavour and fragrance of natural soya bean.
Fortune Tofu carries the Singapore Health Promotion Board’s Healthier Choice Symbol. There are several reasons why adding tofu to the diet can be beneficial, especially if it is our tofu. Fortune Tofu does not contain preservatives, and as it is wholly plant-based, does not have cholesterol. All Fortune Tofu variants are pasteurised and packed in convenient and hygienic packaging that is topped with plastic film covering.
To keep the integrity of our brand, all Fortune Tofu varieties are delivered to major supermarkets and retail outlets in our chilled delivery trucks in Singapore. We also test batches of our manufactured products to ensure that our standards are kept intact. These efforts are in line with our commitment in providing consumers with top quality products through strict adherence of using the best ingredients and methods in the manufacturing of our food and maintaining the standards of the Made-in-Singapore title.
