EGG STORY PASTEURIZED EGG PRODUCTS
N & N offers commercial users a wide range of Halal pasteurized egg products made from high-quality N & N fresh eggs with absolutely no chemicals or preservatives added. Our stringent pasteurization processes ensure a high level of food safety with bacteria reduced to an acceptable level approved by SFA Singapore. These value-added options offer convenience, time and cost savings for our commercial clientele. Our pasteurized product range has received the ISO 22000 certification, a testimony that N & N has met the stringent requirements for a comprehensive food safety management systems as well as incorporated the elements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Our Pasteurized Egg Products include:
(1) Pasteurized Liquid Egg
- Options of pasteurized whole egg, egg yolk and egg white available
- No wastage if only egg yolk or egg white is required
- Savings in time and labour to crack eggs and separate white/yolk
- Savings in storage space compared to shell eggs
- 2kg and 5kg pillow bags available
- Shelf life: 21 days from production date, if stored between 1-4 °C
(2) Pasteurized Whole Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs- Savings in time and labour to boil, cool and peel shell eggs
- Perfectly formed hard boiled eggs
- Vacuum packed with 40 pieces per pack
- Shelf life: 14 days from production date, if stored between 1-4 °C
(3) Pasteurized Soft Boiled Eggs (Hanjuku Tamago)- Japanese style soft-boiled eggs with velvety soft yolks but firm whites
- Saving in time and labour to boil, cool and peel shell eggs
- Perfectly formed soft-boiled eggs with firm egg white and yolk that is set and not runny but not too hard.
- Vacuum packed with 40 pieces per pack
- Shelf life: 7 days from production date, if stored between 1-4 °C
(4) Pasteurized Poached Eggs (Shell intact)- Eggs poached to perfection with shell intact
- Savings in time and labour to poach eggs of consistent quality
- 30 eggs per tray
- 55g per egg
- Shelf life: 7 days from production date, if stored between 1-4 °C
