                   RECIPE
AIR FRYER TANDOORI CHICKEN THIGH
Main Ingredient
4 pieces of chicken thigh (washed and cleaned)
Marinade
• 1 tsp of salt
• Half lemon (squeezed juice)
• 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
• 1⁄4 tsp of turmeric powder
• 11⁄2 tsp of red chilli powder
• 1⁄2 tsp garam masala powder
• 2 to 3 tsp of tandoori masala
• 1⁄4 tsp of red colouring (or to your liking)
• 2 1⁄2 tbsp of plain yogurt
• 10 grams of melted butter
1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade.
2. Coat the chicken in the marinade and leave it in the fridge
overnight.
Steps
1. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
2. Switch to 180 degrees and place the marinated chicken in
for 15 minutes.
3. Check the chicken every 5 minutes until it is fully cooked.
4. Slightly brush the chicken with melted butter.
5. Plate to serve.
