Instant Satay Spice is created with a unique blend of herbs and spices. This mouth-watering tasty delight has its origins in Asian cuisine. Palate pleasing on its own and savoury with most meat and seafood dishes (Crabs, Cuttlefish etc).You can make your own Satay Bee Hoon, use it as soup base for Lok Lok, a dip, a condiment for cooking or part of BBQ marinate.
Cooking Instructions for Instant Satay Spice:
- Pour contents (200gm) into a saucepan and add in 300ml water.
- Bring mixture to boil on high heat and stir occasionally.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve with Bee Hoon and preferred ingredients, or stir fry sauce with seafood/meat.
- Each 200g pack makes 400g (approx.)
Five Spices Powder grinded from roasted top grade spices. Can be used for cooking Braised Duck, Stew Meat, Ngoh Hiang etc.
Coriander Powder grinded from roasted top grade coriander seeds. Can be used for marinating meat and making Nyonya Rice Dumpling etc.
